Eddie Bear is Lost! in Van Nuys, California For Sale

Update: I have reported him stolen and if you are found with my dog you will be fined. It isn't the first time someone tries to steal my baby. I know he is a great dog, but he already has a family who loves and misses him! - To avoid jail, just call the number on his tag. No questions asked, I just want him back like today!!!
My dog must of been taken, because my house is fully gated with 6ft high metal fence.
His name is Eddie Bear. He is a neutered male Beagle, Labrador mix. He just got his shots. He has his black collar on with a blue bone tag and silver cirlce tag. The bone has his name, my name and number. The circle is his LA Permitt Tag. - I have his adoption papers, microchip registery, permitt registery and vet records in hand to proof he is mine!
Please help bring my silly boy back. He has been in my family for almost 3 years now, I rescued him when he was 2 years old. I will be forever grateful for bringing my baby back! He means the world to me and I am seriously sick to my stomach worried for him. I just moved to this neighborhood so he isnt too familiar.
He was last seen on October 26, on Chase and Van Nuys.
